Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies
Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to promote a high-performing team dedicated to resident well-being
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents with diverse needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and general senior care
Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance with healthcare regulations
Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, families, and community resources to support residents' health and social needs
Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff schedules, budgets, and operational reports
Lead budgeting efforts and manage financial aspects related to staffing, supplies, and facility maintenance
Qualifications
Proven experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes with a strong background in long-term care management
Demonstrated supervisory experience in healthcare or senior living environments
Knowledge of care plans tailored for residents with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's disease
Familiarity with medication administration protocols and safety standards
Strong leadership skills combined with excellent organizational and communication abilities
Background in home & community care or group home settings is highly desirable
Ability to handle budgeting responsibilities while maintaining a focus on quality resident care
