About the Role
Golden Rose Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced
Assisted Living Administrator
to lead our community with excellence, empathy, and professionalism. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care in a safe, supportive, and vibrant environment.
As the Administrator, you will guide our team, uphold state and federal compliance standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and care partners. You'll play a vital role in shaping a positive culture, enhancing quality of life, and ensuring Golden Rose continues to be a place residents proudly call home.
What You'll Do
Provide hands-on leadership in daily operations to ensure a well-run, compliant, and welcoming community.
Develop and oversee individualized care plans that support a wide range of needs, including memory care, dementia support, and behavioral health.
Supervise, mentor, and inspire caregiving, nursing, and administrative staff to uphold our values of respect, teamwork, and resident-first care.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain efficient and sustainable operations.
Ensure safe and accurate medication management by supporting staff and maintaining regulatory protocols.
Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and agency partners through clear communication and follow-through.
Conduct routine assessments to monitor resident well-being and adjust care strategies as needed.
Lead quality assurance initiatives, safety programs, and compliance audits to maintain the highest standards of care.
Support meaningful life enrichment activities and community engagement to enhance residents' sense of purpose and connection.
Oversee and participate in ongoing staff education, including dementia, Alzheimer's, and specialized senior-care training.
What You Bring
Proven experience leading an assisted living, memory care, group home, or long-term care setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
In-depth understanding of senior care, including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, and behavioral health support.
Knowledge of medication administration practices and healthcare safety standards.
Financial management experience, including budgeting and resource oversight.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, regulatory agencies, and healthcare partners.
Ability to create compliant, person-centered care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
Experience working with diverse populations, including seniors with developmental disabilities or complex care needs.

Pay: $46,755.05 - $60,000.00 per year
