About the Role
We're looking for an Administrator who can support residents, families, and staff while keeping the home organized, compliant, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and experienced in senior care.
Key Responsibilities
Promote a positive, family-like culture for residents, families, and staff
Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality
Oversee staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and timekeeping
Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for assisted living & memory care residents
Be on call 24/7 on an alternating schedule
Oversee admissions, renewals, and discharges
Maintain accurate resident and employee records
Support licensing inspections and audits
Pay bills, track payments, and assist with basic financial tasks
Occasionally give tours to prospective families
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in healthcare, assisted living, or memory care
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compassionate and dependable
Comfortable using computers and shared documents
Knowledge of Montana Class A or C ALF regulations preferred
Supervisory experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$45,000-$63,000 per year (DOE)
Performance Bonuses:
Based on occupancy achievements and overall home profitability
