We are seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant to support a dynamic manager in Somerset, NJ. This role focuses on taking direction and executing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining clear communication, organization, and follow-up across multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Take direction from the manager to complete a wide variety of tasks promptly and accurately.
Follow up on assignments via email, text, and phone calls to ensure progress and completion.
Maintain clear and organized communication with the manager to keep priorities aligned.
Execute assigned tasks with attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
Coordinate follow-ups with clients and other entities as directed.
