Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Donation Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Primary Responsibilities

- Manage daily delivery and pick up schedule, prepare and deliver route sheets to drivers.

- Perform clerical tasks that include data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

- Answer phones and assist callers.

- Greet and assist visitors with Donate to Sell and Furniture Donation programs.

- Serve as a personal assistant to Executive Director.

Requirements

- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment; nonprofit experience a plus.

- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive applications, particularly Excel and Google spreadsheets

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

This position is great for someone that just needs to get out of the house and loves nonprofit work and missions. We work with clients that have a lot of barriers, agencies that are providing housing resources, donors, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
