Job Summary:
This is a full-time office position, engaging with customer service, order fulfillment, shipment processing, inventory management, sales initiatives, and miscellaneous duties as assigned. The work will occur at the facilities of Maine Cap N' Stem in Gardiner, ME and Lewiston, ME.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in customer service and/or administrative support
Professional communication skills- phone, email, and internal office communication
Basic computer skills- familiarity with email, basic Microsoft Office/Google Suites functions, e-commerce and integrated shipping platforms
Basic arithmetic skills
Ability to adapt to change in work tasks to meet daily business needs and/or customer needs, and to work alone or as part of a team on a daily basis
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in an efficient, timely and accurate manner
Preferred Skills:
Comfort with shipping and receiving- pallet jack and forklift operation
Data collation and interpretation
Interest in mycology and agriculture

Compensation:
$18-20/hour starting wage
