Description of Work The primary purpose of this position is to support the core operations of the Immunization Branch and within the Operations Unit for purchases, budget, and record keeping. This position prepares the Local Health Department Agreement Addendum packets annually. This position interacts frequently with the DPH budget and contracts office. The range of duties includes, but is not limited to, verifying data, report writing, summarizing and reconciling information or financial data, records management, claims review and processing, data collection, analysis, research, procurement.
Additional duties include; answering the main phone line, mail processing, inventory tracking, summarizing financial data and expenditures and preparing reports for budget analysis. This position coordinates travel arrangements and processes travel reimbursement requests, completes purchase requisitions and maintains a tracking system to ensure timely reimbursement of receipts. This position supports preparedness activities around planning and management of outbreaks and responses to communicable diseases. This position interacts with internal and external personnel by telephone and email.

Salary Range: $39,671 - $69,426
Recruitment Range: $54,549 - $61,308
