We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Specialist to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests.
Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and schedules
Manage projects and contribute to committee and team work.
Operate office equipment, manage office space, and maintain a secure and efficient document management system.
Offer direct support to executives by managing calendars, communications, and priorities.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
