Amoskeag Auction Company is a growing specialty collectible firearms auction house seeking to add administrative support. Are you a friendly, outgoing and organized person that is looking for a new opportunity? This is a varied position in a small company which includes a range of office tasks.
Answering and directing calls
Greeting customers
Completing federal and state background checks
Database maintenance
Scanning and filing documents
Double checking statements
Assisting Various other Departments as necessary
The ideal candidate will be mature, affable, conscientious and have strong communication skills. We seek someone that is technically savvy and has the ability to learn our industry specific software. This is a great position for someone with varied interests who likes learning and taking on new tasks and expanding their knowledge.
Candidates must have strong typing skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, be very accurate and detail oriented and have a clean criminal record. Prior customer service experience is a plus as is an interest in photography and firearms.

Hourly pay is negotiable and dependent upon experience and transferable skills.
