Unearth Potential is seeking a reliable and organized Clinic Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily clinic flow. This role includes front desk duties, administrative tasks, and helping maintain a safe, organized clinic environment. The ideal candidate is task-driven, highly organized, comfortable with technology, and capable of managing administrative work with consistency and accuracy. This position supports--but does not manage--clinic scheduling, client communication, or human resources functions.
Administrative Support (Primary)
Greet visitors and answer phones professionally
Scan, file, and organize digital documents
Prepare charts, binders, onboarding packets, and client materials
Upload and label client documents within SharePoint and the PM system
Assist with interview prep and training day setup
Maintain training logs and client documentation
Environment & Operations
Restock supplies and maintain inventory lists
Organize shared spaces and support room readiness
Identify maintenance needs and coordinate repair access
Complete basic fire-safety and facility checks
Assist with environment setup for meetings/events
HR/Client Support (Task-Based Only)
Scan and file HR/onboarding documents
Update training and renewal tracking
Support client chart organization
Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience (healthcare/education preferred)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365 + ability to learn CentralReach)
Highly organized with attention to detail
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Able to follow procedures and work independently
Comfortable with light facility tasks, restocking, and room organization
HIPAA compliance required
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Schedule & Pay
Hourly:
$15-$20 depending on experience
