Core Duties



Manage reception duties: phones, scheduling, check-in/out Verify benefits and communicate with other offices Maintain clean, organized digital/paper files Handle scanning, uploading, and data entry with precision Complete research tasks and follow detailed processes Work daily in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, Outlook) Work daily in Gmail Operate office machinery (printers, scanners, fax machines) Ensure every task is completed accurately and on time

Ideal Candidate Profile



Self-directed

and able to work with minimal supervision Strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Professional, dependable, and calm

Spanish bilingual preferred

Prior administrative experience required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
