Job Description

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an Administrative Internto join our compassionate team of caregivers! You will work with our facility's Administrator and fellow coworkers to provide high quality patient care.

Responsibilities Include:

Assist the Administrator with managing the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the facility on track for its long-term goals and mission Assist with providing leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team, and ensure that they work together effectively Assist the Administrator with overseeing and managing staff and employees at every level Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents' individual care plans are being followed Assist Administrator with creating and maintaining a budget Act as a professional leader of the organization to our residents, family members, vendors, and visitors; and serve as a liaison between staff, residents, and families

Qualifications:

Coursework in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with staff, patients, and their loved ones Strong leadership qualities Excellent written and verbal communication skills
