The Administrative Generalist Support III provides advanced-level administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to organizational efficiency. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The Administrative Generalist Support III acts as a trusted resource for leadership and staff, managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and streamlining processes to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to executives, managers, and departmental teams. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare expense reports. Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations. Oversee the preparation, organization, and maintenance of records, files, and confidential documents. Support project coordination, including timelines, logistics, and follow-up on action items. Serve as a liaison between departments, staff, and external stakeholders. Assist with onboarding and training of new staff in administrative processes and systems. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain data confidentiality. Provide backup coverage for other administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications



Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred). 5+ years of progressive administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership or multiple departments. Strong knowledge of office management practices, organizational policies, and administrative procedures. Experience with project coordination and cross-functional support.

Required Skills



Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools. Familiarity with HRIS, project management, or ERP systems (preferred). Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. * Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
