Job Description

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour shift, no weekends)

Location: Wilmington, NC

Our receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk while assisting office staff with daily operations.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls, respond to inquiries about services, and direct callers to appropriate office staff. Welcome visitors by greeting them warmly, answering basic inquiries, or referring them to the proper person. Assist in updating schedules for customers and employees. Order and maintain stock of office supplies. Maintain order and cleanliness of facilities. Perform other duties as assigned.




Qualifications/Requirements




High school diploma or equivalent. Proven clerical experience.




Desired CharacteristicsExcellent communication skills. High energy and positive attitude. Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to complete work in a timely manner. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening as a condition of employment.
