Responsibilities:
Manage CRM data entry and organization
Assist with bookkeeping and tracking expenses
Order supplies and manage office logistics
Coordinate and set up for programs and events
Help maintain and update the website
Format, print, and organize materials
Manage scheduling and communication with staff and vendors
Provide general administrative and personal assistant support
Help ensure projects and events run smoothly and on time

Hours & Pay:
Full-time: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
$35,000-$40,000/year, based on experience
Significant room for growth in both responsibility and salary as the organization expands
