Advertised Job Summary


Manages and coordinates complex administrative activities for the Vice Provosts within the Provost Office. Oversees and coordinates a wide range of confidential administrative projects for the Vice Provosts and works as a team member in the Office of the Provost.


Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience


Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities


Knowledge of or ability to learn university policies and procedures and best practices in an office environment. Well organized and able to effectively plan and coordinate the activities of an academic administration office. Able to oversee and coordinate the activities of a service organization. Excellent communication skills, the ability to give and carry out complex instructions. Expert level user of major office software and data search systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, CoPilot and AI applications.

Coordinates and plans travel arrangements for candidates and/or committee members and develops campus candidate interview schedules. Coordinates phone and video conference interviews. Manages and maintains Sharepoint web site for search committee members.
