Cardinal Home Inspections is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Administrative Coordinator
to support our daily operations. This role ensures smooth communication with clients, accurate inspector scheduling, and timely delivery of reports. The work is steady but not heavy; however, consistent availability during business hours is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to company emails
in a professional and timely manner
Manage and adjust inspectors' schedules
(add/remove appointments, reschedule, and confirm bookings)
Verify and review online orders
placed by clients to ensure accuracy of services requested
Upload approximately 10 CL-100 reports per week
to the correct agents and clients
Coordinate communication
between clients, inspectors, and real estate agents as needed
Assist with basic customer service tasks
, including answering questions and sending required documents
Ensure workflow accuracy
in ISN / scheduling platforms (you can customize this if you want)
Perform general admin tasks
, including follow-up emails, reminders, and organization of digital files
Requirements
Strong written communication skills (professional email etiquette is a must)
Comfortable with computers, online scheduling systems, and digital file management
Highly organized and detail-focused
Able to work consistently from
9 AM to 5 PM
(the workload is light but availability is required)
Self-motivated and proactive
Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the home inspection or real estate industry
Familiarity with ISN, HomeGauge, or similar platforms
Customer service or administrative experience
Ability to troubleshoot small issues independently
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate or salary depending on experience
