Minimum Qualifications

Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:
As an Administrative Coordinator 3, you'll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will:
Receive and process Tickets, DWIs, arrest reports
Receive, process, and forward incoming crime lab reports
Process incoming supplement statements from Troopers
Process crash report requests
Maintain and update the paper files kept on hand
Manage and process incoming public records requests and disseminate appropriately

Career Progression:
This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Work Schedule:
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Compensation:
The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience. The bi-weekly rate for this position is as follows:
Administrative Coordinator 3 (AS609) - $1,101.60
