Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will:
Greet patients, visitors, and staff with kindness and professionalism Check in patients, verify their information, and assist with completing any necessary paperwork Answer incoming calls, route messages, and provide general information about clinic services Coordinate and update appointments using our scheduling system to keep things running smoothly Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment Support the clinic team with everyday office tasks like data entry, filing, mail distribution, and general administrative support

This position does participate in a Career Progression Group.

Work Schedule:

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Compensation:

The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
