The ideal candidates have a diverse skill set, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building effective relationships. All candidates should be self-motivated, organized and can effectively manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries Contact customers for scheduling sales consultations and installation appointments Greet walk-in customers, demonstrate products, and answer product questions Provide exceptional customer service Provide office administrative support in an accurate and timely manner Process and file customer orders Receive product deliveries Recording customer account activities using our Customer Relationship Management software Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
