We are looking for a self-motivated, part-time Administrative Assistant for our busy clinic located in inner SW Portland. We offer Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and Aesthetic services, creating a balance between a fast-paced flow while maintaining a serene and relaxed environment.
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
- Answering phones & routing calls
- Checking patients in & out
- Managing payments for multiple providers
- Providing excellent customer care
- Verifying & explaining insurance details
- Digital document scanning & management
- Supporting social media creation & output
- Misc. front & back office tasks
We are looking for someone who has a friendly and outgoing personality, is timely, dependable, and reliable, able to multitask, is efficient, detail-oriented, and most importantly, a team player. Experience in a medical office and proficiency with various computer programs is strongly preferred.
The selected candidate would work ~3 days during the week with a willingness to consider covering additional days as needed. Perks include: chiropractic & multiple modality treatments, discounts on products, group AFLAC rates, and more.
