Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. We will train the right candidate. No experience needed. Honest, helpful, dependable and willing to learn is all that is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support.
- Utilize google spreadsheets for data entry and information retrieval.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette.
