We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to support our team in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks.
Complete customer quotations, reports, and invoices.
Communicate professionally with customers.
Send customer statements.
Manage travel arrangements.
Complete any other task provided by admin.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to learn tasks quickly and maintain attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive problem-solving approach with solid decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level.
Capability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Educated in Excel and ability to learn new systems.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within an office environment.
Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with medical devices is a plus.
Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
