Requirements

- Spreadsheets experience
- Prepare Agendas experience
- Foundational knowledge in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Knowledge of Manage Vendor Relationships
- Distribute Incoming Mail experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Calendar Management
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
- Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems
