Provide administrative support to the field operations management team
List of Responsibilities:
Coordinate badging for employees to various government bases and installations
Data entry of labor software with up-to-date information received from the superintendent
Maintain and update appointment calendars
Coordinate labor needs with the Operations team
Assist with onboarding of field employees
Maintain and update employee certifications
Maintain confidentiality and decorum
Coordinate company phones and iPads with IT department to ensure full set up prior to new users/updated users
Work closely with the Office Manager and other office staff to ensure smooth operations of company
Communicate effectively with company management
Keep open communication with Superintendent & VP of Operations
Various other duties as assigned by the Field Operations Management team.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma
2-years construction office experience preferred, priority will be given to experience with an electrical contractor.
Knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Office products
Promptness and ability to work hours 6:30 AM-2:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Ability to multi-task and have a "can do" spirit
