Action seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our General Manager at Travis Ranch Owner's Association located in Dallas, Texas.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30 pm
Compensation: $24-$27 per hour
The Administrative Assistant supports the assigned Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the association and serves as a key liaison for community information and resident services. This role also assists in supervising onsite staff and ensures efficient administrative support across departments.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional resident service and operational support. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and take pride in maintaining efficiency while supporting both management and onsite teams.
