Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office manager and GM, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, invoicing customers and prepping ppw for the OM. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
Maintain Admin emails
Compile paperwork for office manager
Maintain an organized filing system
Invoicing customers and follow up
Follow and maintain relevant office procedures
Maintain/clean offices and breakroom weekly
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred but not required
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position in preferred
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phones
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excell
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
