Never have a boring day! The New Hampshire Snowmobile Association is looking for an enthusiastic, well-organized, team player to assist the Association\xe2\x80\x99s leadership with their mission of promoting snowmobiling in New Hampshire, as well as providing support to the state\xe2\x80\x99s 100+ snowmobile clubs. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented with a minimum two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and/or complementing education providing administrative support in a busy office environment. The individual who fills this role will be the primary contact with the public as they visit or contact the Tilton office, including club officers, state agencies and vendors. He or she should be willing to learn the ins and outs of the snowmobiling tourism industry and the economic impact. Good communication and superb organization skills are essential. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task while providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, including, but not limited to: mailings, calendars, assisting with event planning and fundraising, timely correspondence and follow-up, processing accounts payable and receivable, digital and paper file organization, publications, special projects, accurate records of members, vendors, maintain inventory of office supplies and retail merchandise, and keep the office running in a clean, efficient, cost-effective manner. Basic Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Administrative support and general office duties \xc2\xb7 Provide support for clubs and members \xc2\xb7 Process snowmobile/OHRV registrations \xc2\xb7 Maintain database of contacts, mailing lists, calendar... \xc2\xb7 Process receivables \xc2\xb7 Plan, coordinate, track and attend meetings, events, fundraisers \xc2\xb7 Assist with publication and marketing \xc2\xb7 Retail operations/inventory/sales \xc2\xb7 Other duties and special projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications \xc2\xb7 1-3 Years of administrative support and/or complementing education \xc2\xb7 Exceptional organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite \xc2\xb7 Ability to adopt new software and digital platforms is paramount \xc2\xb7 Precise database entry skills \xc2\xb7 Basic bookkeeping/accounting skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication \xc2\xb7 Ability to proofread and edit documents \xc2\xb7 Proficient typing skills Hours are generally Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4 pm. Occasional evening and weekend hours required to support meetings and events. Fulltime position. Earn up to $45,500 plus opportunities for overtime. We offer retirement savings with a 3% match, generous HRA medical, paid time off. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:
