Key Responsibilities



Manage clinician schedules and coordinate client appointments Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations when required Manage electronic medical records (EMR) including chart updates and client communication Process payments, collect co-pays, and assist with billing tasks Support the practice owner with administrative projects and day-to-day operations Attend virtual company meetings and occasional community events Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive client information Uphold practice values of reliability, professionalism, and compassion

Requirements



Must have reliable internet and computer access Must be able to appear on video for meetings and job duties Strong communication and organizational skills Quick learner with the ability to think critically and take initiative Highly trustworthy and consistent in work performance Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Willingness to undergo a background check (required due to handling sensitive client information)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)



Prior administrative or medical office experience Experience with EMR systems or telehealth platforms Familiarity with insurance verification, billing, or co-pay collection Customer service or client-facing experience
Note: Training will be provided for EMR use, billing workflows, and other essential systems.

Compensation & Growth



Starting at

$15 per hour

Pay may increase depending on experience, qualifications, and performance Opportunities for expanded responsibilities as the practice grows
Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week
