We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role involves handling front desk responsibilities, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff alike. Responsibilities
Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff members
Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent service and support
Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
Support personal assistant duties such as travel arrangements or event planning when required
Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times, representing the company professionally
Requirements
Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or related roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service or customer support roles demonstrating professionalism and patience
Knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Office experience including typing speed, proofreading skills, and calendar management capabilities
