The Position: Century Clinics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, perform various clerical duties, and ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations. The position reports directly to the Branch Manager and the position will be in-person and may include work-from-home (WMH) duties depending on the task. Key Responsibilities:
Responding to emails and other correspondences in a timely and professional manner
Organizing the office and maintaining an efficient working environment
Maintaining and organizing Google Drive and Google Calendar
Following up with employees to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed
Taking meeting notes and distributing them to attendees
Handling ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Monitoring office supplies and ordering as needed
Preparing and editing documents, reports, and correspondence
Assisting in other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Collecting and analyzing data to provide executive summaries and status reports
Qualification Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Google Drive and Google Calendar
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in data analysis and reporting would be appreciated
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule:
Monday to Friday
