We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service
Answering phone, fielding calls
Administrative support for multiple departments
Greeting customers & vendors at front desk
Data entry, mailings, billing assistance, & other office tasks
Inventory and ordering of office supplies
Other duties as assigned
Core Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain professional disposition while exercising judgment and discretion in work
Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with all levels of employees
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service, reception and administrative task preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
