- Assist top management in day-to-day operations
- Answering phones
- Assist with HR duties
- Quoting customers using an Industry specific quoting application
- Other administrative duties - as assigned
- Processing of purchase orders
- Processing bank deposits
- Strong administrative experience \xe2\x80\x93 2+ years experience
- Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal
- Computer proficiency (Outlook, Internet, Email, computers ,word processing)
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as with others
- Highly Motivated and a self starter
