The Administrative Assistant position in Portsmouth, New Hampshire is responsible for all front office functions including filing paperwork, answering phones, data entry and. You will have a solid understanding of administrative duties and confidential handling of records. Successful candidates will demonstrate prior knowledge of an office environment, have the ability to multitask, and be able to communicate effectively with customers. This is a part time position.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of office/administrative experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software preferred

Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m
  • Part time - 30 Hours a week with room to increase
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Start Date: ASAP
