We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our dealership. This role works directly with the Office Manager/Controller and helps keep accounting and title work accurate and organized.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Handle deposits, payments, and data entry
Assist with vehicle title processing and related paperwork
Support general accounting tasks
Maintain accurate records and filing
Communicate with internal departments and outside vendors
Provide general administrative support in the office
Other related duties as needed
Preferred Experience:
Previous dealership office experience
Accounts payable / accounts receivable
Vehicle title work
Basic accounting knowledge
Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
