Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answers calls, assist with scheduling meetings, and supports visitors. Carries out routine administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining files (paper and electronic), or providing information to callers. Other duties include depositing payments, running errands, and data entry.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Visitors
Answer and Direct Phone Calls to Appropriate Staff Members
Assist with Onboarding New Staff Members
Receive, Sort, and Distribute Daily Mail and Deliveries
Support Sales Teams with Administrative Tasks (data entry, events, etc.)
Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, etc.)
Maintain Accurate Contact List in Admin Portal and HubSpot
Assist with Data Entry, Filing, and Document Management
Keep a Clean and Tidy Office
Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Job Requirements:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
Comfortable with Office Equipment (phones, printers, etc.)
Flexibility to Adapt to Changing Tasks and Office Needs
Reliable Attendance and Punctuality

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
