This position is hybrid and administrative support may be required on an as needed basis in the Salt Lake City location.

The administrative assistant will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Park City office, as well as providing administrative support to the tax partner. Responsibilities will include:

  • Handling facility issues, scheduling deliveries, ordering supplies, and overall office organization
  • Handle general administrative tasks: presentations, correspondence, filing, travel & expense
  • reports, phone support, greeting visitors as needed, etc.
  • Act as a liaison for Salt Lake City region team members, schedule meetings and calls with clients
  • or outside advisor personnel
  • Process mail, highlight action or important items, attach relevant files or information, and
  • respond to inquiries as necessary
  • Client onboarding and maintenance, including preparation of engagement letters, set-up in
  • time and billing system, preparing billing reports, and invoicing
  • Plan periodic on-site and offsite meetings, which includes preparing agendas, presentations
  • coordinate with meeting location vendor for set up, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of Firm policies and procedures and answering, refer or directing requests and inquiries to the appropriate people
  • Organize office events and act as the office liaison for firm-wide events

Qualifications:

  • Strong work history with 3+ years of related experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate level or higher proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Power Point & Adobe Acrobat a plus
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interface with partners and managers
  • A high level of personal integrity and professional ethics
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player
  • Must be assertive and able to speak up when necessary and ask questions as appropriate
  • Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with flexibility and a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do" attitude
  • Superior organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Forward-thinking with the ability to take initiative and to stay a step ahead

Preferred:

  • Experience in the accounting, legal, or financial industry

This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000.
