Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle incoming calls, screen inquiries, and direct them appropriately using excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, and company specific operating system.
Maintain organized filing systems--both digital and physical--to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.
Support office management .
Assist with proofreading documents, preparing reports, and ensuring all communications are clear, accurate, and professional.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors.
Conduct clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
Collaborate with team members on special projects requiring organization skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Skills
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
Excellent computer literacy combined with fast typing skills for efficient data entry.
Strong verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively using time management techniques.
Experience in front desk operations or educational receptionist roles is advantageous.
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office procedures.
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries courteously and efficiently.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
