Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position is responsible for performing general administrative, office support to a subcontracting construction company

Responsibilities



Typing and sending out bid proposals Secretarial support to sales team Reviewing contracts Preparation of submittals and worksheets for projects Answer phones and direct calls Read and sort incoming mail Order and maintain supplies and general office organization

Experience



High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 2 years office/clerical experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications is desirable Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Some college coursework and/or construction administration preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
