The Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the firm by managing office tasks, assisting partners and staff, and ensuring a smooth, professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
Open and close the office
Answer and route phone calls
Scan documents
Communicate with clients via phone and email
Provide general client and office support
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Professional, motivated, and able to work under pressure
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
