About You Elite Media seeks an Administrative Assistant to support our Founder/CEO. You are solution-oriented and pay attention to detail. You are proactive about problem-solving and can navigate ambiguity to move tasks to completion. You are a resourceful, communicative team player who errs on the side of overcommunication. You treat others with respect, are curious and inquisitive, and know how to ask the right questions to get ensure our CEO is operating at maximum efficiency. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Calendar and personal appointment management
  • Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Submitting expenses for reimbursement
  • Some general administrative and telephone support and management of contacts; and
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Project Management
  • Take minutes during meetings, send out follow-up notes as needed
  • Format and draft information for internal and external communication \xe2\x80\x93 memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Client Management:
  • Work with Project Coordinator to ensure the CEO perspective and point of view are represented in client materials.
  • Support with presentation coordination
  • Team Management
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
  • Office Management
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Office expenses, including ordering supplies
Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 4-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Understands how to operate with absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A creative, solution-oriented, critical thinker
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in and contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment
  • Active participant in building positive company culture
  • Client experience is a plus
  • Willingness to work nights and occasional weekends
  • Advanced capabilities: Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:
  • New York, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: One location
