We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced office environment. This role will coordinate, oversee and perform adminstratrive support for the Kitchen Manager and CEO and serve as a point of contact for the culinary school. Duties
Manage operations, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
General administrative duties - answer phone, schedule appointments
Support Human Resources function, process timesheets as necessary
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records as needed.
Conduct filing and document management to ensure easy access to important information.
Support office management activities, contributing to a smooth workflow within the organization.
Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position, demonstrating strong clerical skills, minimum 5 years related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and Excel) and Google Workspace applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
