The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Central Administration team. This role serves as a first point of contact for staff and guests, contributing to a professional, welcoming environment. Core responsibilities also include credentialing and re-credentialing of providers, processing prior authorizations, data entry, maintaining accurate records across multiple systems, coordinating local offices and providers to gather sufficient information, and maintain up to date records in each data entry system.
This position requires strong knowledge of organizational processes, regulatory requirements, and data systems. It plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate enrollment, credentialing, and scheduling of staff and services. Additional duties may include supporting interview coordination, assisting with office operations, and monitoring administrative workflows for efficiency and compliance. The administrative assistant may be assigned other support duties, as needed, such as to assist with customer service, intake, appointment reminders, monthly insurance verification, or billing functions. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience:
The Administrative Assistant candidate must have:
A high school degree
One year of experience with human services administration is preferred
