The Customer Care Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in helping the organization run smoothly. We are looking for an individual who has the skillset to run the team operating cadence, coordinate key projects, and manage administrative activities \xe2\x80\x93 with both attentions to detail and a focus on execution. The ideal candidate will be able to ramp up quickly in a high-performance, fast-paced organization focused on culture and customer.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Directors of Customer Care and Logistics and general administrative support to the extended Customer Care and Logistics Leadership Team (e.g., travel & expenses)

  • Support operating cadence and content of Quarterly All Employee meetings, Monthly staff meetings, and other regularly cadenced meetings; actively participating in meetings capturing key actions and ensuring appropriate follow-up.

  • Responsible for monthly cadence of communication to North America Distributor Partners on information related to Supply Chain/Customer Care/Logistics; working with the team and communications to review content

  • Take on special projects, as appropriate, requiring research and data analysis to provide recommendations based on findings.

  • Coordinate and prepare PowerPoint presentations tailored to various audiences across the organization to disseminate pertinent information.

  • Schedule appointments and Manage/Prioritize meetings, emails and phone calls

  • Find ways to improve administrative processes

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Preferred Qualifications :
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills

  • Eagerness to learn and drive continuous improvement

  • Comfortable leveraging technology to drive team productivity

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)

  • Proven experience in program / Project management

  • Demonstrated capability to work on multiple types of activities at any one time

  • Ability to work and collaborate with a wide range of people at different levels across the organization and varying global locations.
