Job Summary
Shambaugh is looking for an Administrative Assistant. In this position you will be responsible for a wide range of customer service and administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Provide information to callers or take and relay messages, as needed
• Greet persons entering organization and direct to correct destination
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Maintain appointment schedule as requested to know who is coming and when
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Be a self-starter who works well independently and team player

Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
