We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Administrative Assistant (Marketing Support Specialist)

to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 30 hours per week). This position offers an exciting blend of administrative responsibilities and creative marketing work -- perfect for someone who enjoys supporting daily operations while helping build our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and data entry. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and expense tracking. Assist with project coordination, document preparation, and record keeping. Support internal communications and help maintain organized workflows. Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members.

Marketing & Social Media Support



Assist with creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.). Help develop marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, and promotional content. Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics, preparing regular reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement campaigns. Maintain and update the company website or blog with fresh and relevant content. Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM database management.

Qualifications



Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Express). Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)



Experience with basic graphic design or video editing. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website management (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.). Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms).
