Duties and responsibilities



Office support: Serve as a primary point of contact for office communications, manage day-to-day office operations, and provide general administrative support to management and staff. Communication: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors; and handle incoming and outgoing mail and email. Scheduling and coordination: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and make travel arrangements. For larger events, assist with planning and coordination. Document preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of documents, including memos, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Record keeping: Create and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems and databases. Financial tasks: Handle basic bookkeeping, process invoices and expense reports, and order and maintain office supplies. Equipment management: Ensure office equipment is operational and manage equipment inventories. Service fire extinguishers and equipment.
Qualifications and skills

Education and experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, Position requires a minimum of 1-3 years of administrative support experience. Computer proficiency: Expertise in common software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office programs is essential. Organizational skills: The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of tasks efficiently is a core requirement. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for professional and polite interactions with coworkers, clients, and vendors. Attention to detail: Administrative assistants must be detail-oriented to ensure the accuracy of documents, records, and reports. Professionalism: A positive and professional demeanor, with a genuine desire to be helpful, is required. Independence: The ability to work independently, make timely decisions, and effectively manage tasks under pressure is often required.

Working conditions



This job requires working inside and outside in all types of weather. Work overtime, off-hours, holidays, and weekends as required to meet customer expectations. Customer demands can be fluid and require immediate response in emergency situations. 24 hours on-call is required on a rotating basis

Physical requirements



This job can require hand on to support the technicians and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
