is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kirkland, IL. This individual will be r

esponsible for providing the daily administrative duties of answering the switchboard and directing calls, along with other office duties.

Duties/Responsibilities

Produces a quality product by following established procedures

Provide the daily updates on hourly payroll including the tracking of vacation days and application of vacation, holiday and personal days to payroll

Works closely with customer service and maintains the scanning of shipped documents.

Identifies and records the monthly production of all areas of the plant including per hour statistics

Meets incoming visitors and requests the sign in and issues visitor badges

Monitors the activity of the gates permitting truck entrance

Monitors the temporary time cards and reports the hours to the appropriate agencies.

Maintains a safe and clean workplace

Monitor and prepare the outgoing FedEx Freight and UPS freight, ground and overnight.

Prepare shipping documents for orders

Education/Experience

6+ months of related experience

High-school diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
