Job Responsibilities/ skills required: -Take the day-to-day admin activities away from team leaders and sales team, organize the workflow, and reducing inefficiencies -Ensure that clients and all parties involved are updated to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with our team -Bring in ideas and suggestions to the the team to make us better -Field all emails and follow up from clients and all parties involved -Prepare presentation documents for buyer or seller presentations -Prepare and coordinate marketing to get marketing materials ready for final approval and print -Marketing skills - familiarity with social media, print, web based -Serve as a point person for scheduling/ managing team leader\'s schedule -Management and updating of client database -Proficient with office programs, word, excel, outlook. -Exceptional organizational and project management abilities -Organize and coordinate client or business to business events and oversee special projects - Responding to agent and customer needs with urgency and attentiveness - Transaction and listing management - Deadline management to facilitate smooth closings - Scheduling and coordinating with third-party vendors and clients - Participate in weekly team activities, and meetings, and collaborate on standards and practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:
