Job Description





Position Overview Provide administrative support to the Account Executives for day to day operations per Customer and S&K Sales Co. operating procedures and requirements. Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure compliance for all customer processes/requirements
  • Accounts Receivable - Process claims with customers for Promos and submit to Corporate for Billback
  • File Maintenance
    • Submit item changes/additions in customer systems
    • Communicate with order clerks and warehouse personnel on disco/inactive items
    • Collaborate with Account Executives to maintain go forward lists and S&K Active Items List
  • Coordinate S&K Holiday/Inventory closures with Customers
  • Other duties as assigned
